Arca is derived from Mayan EDMS, an open-source document management system. Mayan EDMS is copyright © Roberto Rosario and contributors, distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (GPL-2.0-only). The Mayan EDMS source is available at gitlab.com/mayan-edms/mayan-edms.
Arca is provided as a hosted service; under GPL-2.0 (which is triggered by distribution, not network use) there is no obligation to distribute Arca's own modifications. This page preserves the upstream copyright notice and attribution required by the licence.
Electronic-signature capabilities are provided by Signum, a platform owned and operated by Brightsphere.
